"First and last order from Toolup"
First and last time ordering from Toolup, honestly. I needed the parts for a job, and the whole thing turned into way more of a hassle than it should’ve been.
I ordered a few tools, but when the box showed up, one item was wrong and another was missing completely. The packing slip claimed everything was included, which made it even more frustrating. Support took too long to respond, and I still had to explain the issue twice before getting anywhere.

"Payment failed, but I got charged twice"
I tried to make a payment and it kept failing for no clear reason. Then I check my account and see I was charged twice, but the order is still just sitting there pending. Like, give me a break. Super frustrating...

The replies were really short, and nobody seemed to want to dig into the issue or give a real solution. In the end, I had to figure it out on my own, which was frustrating. Definitely not the kind of support I expected.

Ordered once. It was fine, I guess. Shipping was slower than I expected. Support didn’t really help much. I’d probably shop somewhere else next time.

I ordered a few bits and then had a question about the shipping. Nothing major. Just needed a quick answer. But it took days before anyone got back to me, and when they did, the reply was really short. Kind of felt like they just wanted to get it over with. The order did arrive fine in the end, so no issue with the stuff itself. It was just the support side that made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

I tried to cancel my order soon after placing it, but the whole process was way more frustrating than it needed to be. I sent messages and just sat there waiting without really knowing what was going on, which left me feeling completely in the dark. Then I finally got told it was already too late to cancel, even though the order hadn’t even shipped yet.
It just felt like nobody wanted to deal with it or give me a straight answer. if canceling an order is this much of a hassle, I don’t see myself ordering from Toolup again. I wish they made it simple instead of dragging things out.

I ordered a tool because the site showed it was available, and I needed it soon. Maybe I should’ve double-checked or called first, but I figured the stock info online was accurate. A few days later, I got an email saying it was actually backordered. Frustrating and kind of a waste of time. They really need to keep the website updated better.

My item showed up damaged, which was already frustrating, and dealing with support made it worse. Maybe I’m a little biased because I really expected better from them, but it felt like I just kept getting passed around without anyone actually fixing the problem.

I had to email more than once, and most of the replies were super short, basically just telling me to contact the manufacturer. I get that the maker handles warranties, but I bought it from Toolup.com, so I kind of expected a little more help from them. The price was fine, but the support after the sale was disappointing

The tool itself seemed like it was priced fairly, but then I got to the shipping cost and it was literally ridiculous. By the time everything was added up, it just didn’t feel worth buying anymore.

I placed my order and only found out afterward that it was on backorder. The frustrating part was that I didn’t get any updates unless I reached out first. After waiting way too long with no clear timeline, I ended up canceling. the whole mess felt avoidable with better communication...

The prices seemed decent at first, but once shipping was added and I had to wait around for slow updates, it didn’t feel like much of a deal anymore. I expected a faster response and better communication. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I probably could’ve bought locally and avoided the hassle.

"Something felt a bit off"
I ordered from them once, and the whole thing left me uneasy. The updates weren’t very clear, the price ended up being different from what I thought it would be, and when I asked support, the answers were vague. Maybe it was just a bad experience, but it kind of felt like they weren’t being totally upfront. I don’t think I’d feel comfortable giving them my money again.

I was already in a bit of an impatient mood when I tried using Toolup, and the site really didn’t help. Pages were loading slowly for me, the filters kept resetting, and it took way more effort than expected to find the right tool.
The checkout process felt clunky too, and I had to keep going back just to double-check basic details. The products themselves might be totally fine, but the website experience made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be

"Arrived damaged and dirty"
The box showed up crushed and a bit dirty, which was disappointing. I also expected clearer instructions or at least better packaging guidance so it was obvious how it should arrive safely

The box showed up crushed and was barely taped shut, haha. The tool was sliding around inside, so that was a little frustrating. Definitely not what I was expecting.
